Santa Cruz Medical Clinic is pleased to announce that Dawn Lawson, M.D. is the new addition to our Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She will be joining Drs. Doherty, Muir, Salvay and Schaefer and Midwives, Kris Ayer, Karen Laing and Sherrie St. Clair at the OB/GYN office.

Dr. Lawson received her medical degree and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, San Francisco. She has relocated to Santa Cruz with her husband and two daughters from Maui, Hawaii, where she has practiced OB/GYN since 1996.

Dr. Lawson is looking forward to establishing her Obstetrics and Gynecology practice at the Santa Cruz Medical Clinic. She enjoys all aspects of women's health care including gynecologic surgery, high and low risk pregnancies, and office gynecology.
