New Health Plan Contracts
We are pleased to announce the addition of two new Health Plan contracts. If you have Cigna PPO or Central Coast Alliance for Health, Healthy Families Program, you will soon be able to choose a Physician with Santa Cruz Medical Clinic.
The Central Coast Alliance for Health, Healthy Families Program contract, will become effective 11/1/02. For questions about your coverage or changing groups please contact Central Coast Alliance. You can also visit their website at www.ccah-alliance.org.
The Cigna contract will become effective on 12/1/02. For questions about your coverage or changing groups please contact Cigna. You can also visit their website at www.cigna.com.
