Gastroenterology

The Santa Cruz Medical Foundation is pleased to announce that Michelle Nguyen, M.D. will be joining Geoffrey Bernstein, M.D. and Thomas Larson, M.D. in the Department of Gastroenterology located at the Main Office.

Dr. Nguyen received her medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Yale University/New Haven Hospital and her Gastroenterology fellowship at Stanford University Hospital and Clinics. She is a member of the ASGE (American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy) and the AGA (American Gastroenterological Association).

She has a wide range of medical interests including colon cancer, GERD, liver diseases, and women’s health issues. She is looking forward to establishing her gastroenterology practice in Santa Cruz.

Dr. Nguyen enjoys biking, traveling, and reading and is fluent in Vietnamese.
