When to Call the Doctor

If you have a question or concern that does not require an appointment, please call during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your pediatrician will try to get back to you on the same day, but you may need to wait for a response. If it is an urgent problem, please let the receptionist know when you leave your message. Appointments will be made on the same day for urgent medical problems.

Please call during regular office hours for the following:

• Medication refills
  
• Chronic conditions such as eczema or warts
  
• Referrals, forms or immunization records
  
• Questions about colds or minor infections
  
• Questions about feeding or diet
  
• Pinworms or lice
  
• Behavioral issues

After Hours Advice

Urgent medical problems may occur after regular office hours. To provide our patients with care after regular office hours, our pediatricians are on call to answer questions about serious illnesses or concerns. For after hours advice, call 831-423-4111.
